Sales taxes

The ship-to address of the order will determine the sales tax amount. By law we are required to apply sales tax to the order. Orders are taxable (including shipping and handling) in AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN,MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX,VA, WA. In MA and UT, orders are taxable excluding shipping and handling).

Credit card payments

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS We do not accept COD’s personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing addresses outside the USA. Note: for your protection, your billing address must match that of the credit card used for the transaction. We reserve the right not to process any order that does not meet the criteria.

When you specify that the item purchased is a gift, you receive a gift box and a personalized gift card. Gifts are professionally packaged.

Return and exchange policy

Return instructions are enclosed in each order. Please enclose your receipt when returning merchandise as well as the original package, and specify the reason for your return. Send your return prepaid and insured. It’s to be noted that only items purchased at khuraira.com can be returned or exchanged, .excluding shipping and handling fees. Items purchased at any store location will not be exchanged or refunded. Return shipping fees are not refunded

Web Site orders are handled as UPS Ground and USPS Priority. Contact Us for 2nd Day and Overnight deliveries. Call: 201-227-1135. Overnight orders placed before 5:00PM ET on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day and delivered the next business day. 2nd day orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day and will be delivered within 2 business days. All standard (Ground) orders placed before 5:00PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 5:PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders shipped to APO, FPO or PO Boxes must be shipped USPS priority only. They may not be shipped overnight, 2nd day delivery or UPS ground. To change an order you have already placed, track your order or if you believe that your order has been lost, please e-mail us at : service@khuraira.com or call 201-227-1135.
