Khuraira cake liner is highly pigmented therefore has a tremendous staying power. It’s non transferable and long lasting. For best results, use a Cake sealant.

Tip: Wet the brush with Cake sealant and work it into the cake powder, creating a paste- like gel. Hold your eyelid with your ring finger. Looking down into the mirror with your chin slightly down, place the brush along the base of your lashes from the inside of the eye. This technique is recommended for small eyes. For large or protruding eyes, use at the base of the lashes from the top.
